Susan Redmond

Principle/Owner/Designer

Susan Redmond founded the Redmond Design Group in 1996, bringing over 20 years of green industry experience. Susan is our main designer. She prides herself on close collaboration with her clients, working closely through all details from conceptual drawings through final master plan development. Her work is marked by creative and practical design, supplying the necessary resources for reaching the full potential of each client’s property.

Robert Flaherty

Project Manager

Rob coordinates and manages all of our jobs as well as being an integral part of our sales department. Rob brings years of experience in the landscape construction industry. Having owned his own landscape construction company for years, he has a wealth of knowledge in both landscape construction procedures as well as the foresight to manage the jobs in an efficient and professional manner. 

Rob Ballou

Construction Foreman

Rob Ballou has been with the Redmond Design Group as a foreman for our landscape construction division since 2008. He is the lead person on all of our construction jobs, coordinating with the designers to ensure the highest quality on all of our projects. He is certified in machine operation, has years of site work experience and is fluent in all aspects of hardscaping. Rob’s best asset is his personable demeanor. He always has the clients best interest in mind.

Matt Robotham

Construction Foreman

Matt is one of our landscape construction foreman. Matt brings years of landscape constructions experience to RDG along with expert machine operation and masonry skills. Matt has great attention to detail and makes RDG projects stand out from our competition.

Luke Monroe

Maintenance Division

Luke has been with the Redmond Design Group since 2010. He is our lead foreman in our maintenance division. Luke ensures all of our projects are cared for after installation. Luke makes sure all of our gardens are weeded, deadheaded, sprayed for insect control and seasonally planted to bring it to its full potential.

Conor O'Leary

Construction Crew

Conor has several years of planting and landscape construction experience and has really shaped our landscape construction department. Conor is fluent in landscape lighting and patio installation.

Seth Doraiswami

Lead Mason

Seth is one of our lead masons. Seth was trained in Italy by master masons and brings the fine craftsmanship of stone walls to RDG. Seth has also mastered veneer walls and patio installation.
